Vehicles are a reflection of who we are and what we can do,
as machines do in a temporal and quantitative way.
Humans create tools that are an extension of ourselves,
and make us qualitatively better.
They are a symbol of our faith in the human being.
In the painting of Torn Posters, my intention is to visually
represent the passage of time and memory.
Involuntary inspiration from seeing the streets and walls
full of torn posters, detached and lacerated, left an imprint for later reflection.
Deconstructing the torn, giving it another life and use.
Throwing a message that is a glimpse of the past
into the present and future.
